Shipping & Delivery
We use Australia Post and other trusted couriers for all deliveries. All parcels are sent with tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier (including when it is signed for), the delivery is deemed complete. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided.
If the tracking status shows that the item was delivered and signed for, we will consider the item as successfully delivered. We are not responsible for parcels that go missing after a confirmed delivery.
Delivery Dispute
If you did not receive your order, but tracking shows it was signed for:
- You must notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- We will initiate an investigation with the courier.
- Investigations can take up to 10–15 business days.
If the delivery was confirmed to the correct address and signed for, we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement, unless the investigation proves a fault by the courier.
Delivery Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or theft occurring after delivery is confirmed by the courier. Customers must follow up with Australia Post (or the designated carrier) directly if they suspect theft or misdelivery, especially if an incorrect or shared address was used.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
